Hmmmm...."SECRET AND STRICTLY PERSONAL". I worked with the DoD (all branches), State Department, and some other U.S. foreign services that I probably shouldn't mention here, and I can't recall ever seeing something classified "SECRET AND STRICTLY PERSONAL". I hand carried some "EYES ONLY" material once or twice.
Ah well...I missed another zot! Happy Saturday Meek! :-)
