Mark Fuhrman Probing Schiavo Case

Famed detective Mark Fuhrman, whose independent investigation into the Martha Moxley murder led to the conviction of Kennedy-cousin Michael Skakel, is probing the Terri Schiavo forced starvation case.

"He spent a month on the ground in Tampa," revealed Fox News Channel's Sean Hannity Friday night. "He's talked to many of the principals involved investigating the case and he's coming out with a book."

Hannity said he personally contacted Fuhrman in March to suggest he probe a myriad of unresolved questions about Ms. Schiavo's condition, including a 1991 bone scan report showing that Schiavo suffered fractures sometime prior to being found unconscious in her home in Feb. 1990. Schiavo's family has repeatedly said they suspect Terri's condition was the result of a violent fight she had with her husband Michael. Police never probed the case for evidence of assault because by the time the bone scan became public in 2002, the statute of limitations had run.

Det. Fuhrman's investigation would be the first to review the case for evidence of a possible crime.

"All I can say," the talk host told his "Hannity & Colmes" audience, "is that this is not over. Stay tuned."

Fuhrman's book "Murder in Greenwich" was widely credited with blowing the lid off the Moxley-Skakel case.

all likelihood, this means that the autopsy reveals something at loggerheads with the official story of pvs. That's all wild speculation on my part, of course.

Only the 3 doctors who said she had PVS were allowed to give their medical opinion in the court. 2 hired by her husband, and one recommended by pro-death Greer. All the legal cases from that point on were based on the same 3 doctors report. No other opinions were allowed. All the hearings were based on little evidence of anything.
I hope Ferman digs deep, and Terri's husband gets looked at very , very closely.

I really like Mark Fuhrman. He has proved himself to be a really astute investigator with incredible skill. I value his insight and opinions. Glad he is on the case here.

As for Hannity, well I am not feeling so charitable. His commentary on the Peterson case was sophomoric. His opinions on the Jackson case are just as surface and predictable.

As for the "runaway bride" saga, he makes me ill. It's so obvious that he got so close to the Mason family in his efforts to report on the story that he cannot see the forest from the trees. She planned and perpetrated a hoax on her family, community, law enforcement, and all the rest of us. Having "problems" does not excuse that. She needs to offer to pay restitution. That is the only apology with any meaning. Sean is too close to the family to be relevant. I will continue to turn off his radio show and H&C when this comes up unless and until he comes to his senses.

Yeah, alright. I hope next he puts out a book on Ted Blotto Chappaquiddick and then the Clintoons, investigate that whole Arkancide thing.

I couldn't believe it either when I saw we almost did it at the same time! Can't wait to see what Fuhrman finds!

All the culprits involved seem to be coated with a solid inch or two of Teflon. Rotsa Ruck

The Skakels seemed similarly attired for decades. Even Teflon wears off eventually.

Furhman has never been afraid to tackle controversy. If anyone can publish a fact based conclusion, he can. If it's a book, I'll stand in line to buy it, and loan it to everyone I know.

Good news. No matter how it turns out - at least it is being investigated. This situation has never passed muster.

What if the autopsy revealed information that has broken open a major investigation? Maybe things have been going on behind the scenes that are going to have major implications. There are many players revolving around Michael Schiavo in this case that seem to have a conspiratorial nature. I am hoping that justice is served on a iron clad plate.

I am hoping that Governor Jeb Bush gets satisfaction after what was a frustrating effort to save Terrie's life.

I think they're still busy doctoring the data for the big white wash.

What would we do if not for Sean - he is a bulldog? Sure would be easier to hide information from the public if Sean just took the easy way out and conformed to the MSM.

We may get tired of hearing it over and over but we can always turn to other more subdued broadcasts on NBCCBSABC - we sure won't hear it there.

Hmmm, that could be. It is highly curious that they trumpeted that the autopsy was performed, and then got all secretive about it. Even the side you would suspect would be most vocal on the subject (the Schindlers, Jeb, etc.) have been conspicuous by their silence. You may be right; we shall see.

Here's a hint: in 1992 or 1993, video shows Terri swallowing on her own and licking her lips with purpose, from side to side--she was receiving therapy then and showing some recovery; the video was prior to MS receiving the lawsuit monies for her care and therapy for the next 51 years, and as soon as the monies came his way, he began more than a decade of forced neglect (that's abuse fellow freepers!) that proved him unsuitable--at least--to be her guardian, yet Greer allowed nothing into the evidnce record that would call to question any of his rulings, so they appeared to have had a pre-determined outcome! Couple that with the monies paid to Greer's re-election campaigns, by Felos, and you have the start of very questionable circumstances. Here's another hint: Terri funds could have been used to buy insurance products (annuities) that pay an income over years, products that were never 'cashed' for Terri's care and remain as hidden assets regarding her medicaid filings and upon her death.

Her husband and his new squeeze run an insurance company with the same address as their new home. In other words, that insurance company you may be talking about is run by them.

I'm gkad he' doing this. There is a lot that needs to be exposed about this case and about Michael Schiavo, UnFelos, and the anti-freedom Greer.

I am still disappointed that Fuhrman never finished his book on the Foster caase. Especially now that Foster's mistress is about to run for Preisdent.

That was a hypothetical, not an accusation regarding the insurance company (which has been bought out by a larger firm).
