Mark Furhman is writing a book about Terri. It was just announced by Hannity. Very cool, I hope we can get the truth out.
God bless the Schindlers, my prayers go out to them daily.
I just watched Hannity's interview with Terri's family and now I am as upset as I was when I realized that nobody was going to save her (about a week before she died.) What I saw and heard in watching what happened with Terri has changed my thinking about my country and mostly ended my interest in politics. I have never had something that was not close to my own life have such an effect on me. I wish I could return to how I felt before this happened, but that isn't possible.
Which is worse: Fox allegedly using the story for ratings, or the hemlock society using the issue to advance their euthanasia-based political agenda? People here need to stop being penny-wise and pound foolish. As far as I'm concerned, the euthanasists have opened a new front in the Culture War and it's time to meet them on the battlefield. If FNC benefits, that's irrelevant.
Let's fight them and win our country back from the elitist few.
It's true our country has taken a bad hit with what happened to Terri but our country is not worthless and has alot of good in it.
I was thinking that more songs like that from Kara Klein might help to begin with.
Do you think FOX can work this story in between Wacko-Jacko and Runaway Bride stories?
I dont give a bug's butt what people say about the judge following the law.....an innocent woman was EXECUTED without due process and a tinpot state judge thumbed his nose at a governor, the Congress and the President of the United States.
people are tired of hearing about this ?....the "Culture of Death" is hard at work in this country and people don't want to be bothered.....unreal
Not a chance. Especially if it's earth shaking information.
We have to start letting our young people be more exposed to pro life/culture of life public relations measures instead of pro death/death cultists and their culture.
I know there are alot of hard things we need to do also. Like get some laws changed, run some of the death cultists out of government, etc., but we also need to teach the people the joy and beauty of life and through song is an easy way to begin one leg of what we need to do.
What a powerful, brave statement. Today we should talk about Oskar Schindler, an honorable and courageous man who risked his life saving others. This is not to dishonor Terri or her family, but a plea to take a moment to honor this brave man and to pray for the souls of the millions who were slaughtered against a backdrop of hatred and apathy.
How many more times are they going to exploit this story.
Dog, did you see the latest on the Bolton nomination? I did hear that on Fox. I'll ping you to the thread.
You'll find it very interesting.
VERY interesting.
Are you implying Oskar Schindler was not pro-life?
I can't tell you how pleased I was that Mark Furhman was writing and investigating Terri Schiavo's death.
I will never vote for anyone who is pro choice.
I remember working for Fred Pohl's wife for US Congress. It was probably the last election I worked on as a liberal.
I thought it was very strange that I would listen to Rush Limbaugh on my way to work for a very liberal woman. But I found Elizabeth Pohl a very kind woman and realized as I worked on her campaign that she had little chance of unseating Phil Crane.
I was talking to Fred one day. He thought it strange that a mutual friend refused to support his wife. The reason, he was pro life and Liz was pro abortion.
I understand now his reason and I now realize that his refusal was the first step of my change from liberal to conservative. Gene Wolf help me take my first steps into conservative thought. Terri Schiavo forced me to realize how insidious the pro-death movement is.
"How many more times are they going to exploit this story."
Coop...the MSM turned it's back on this story and withheld the truth. We need to remember and revisit the Terri Schiavo case since this was possibly a murder committed with the legalalized sanction of the courts. This story is a hot-potato affront by the culture of death. We cannot let the enemy silently foster this heinous act upon the USA. It deserves some ATTENTION and kudos to Hannity and Fox in keeping the light shining on this dark judicious act of murder via dehydration/starvation. FIGHT BACK!
You expressed that very well.
It's too bad that your father lost six of his ten brothers. It's too bad that you have 'not a scintilla' of compassion left for anyone else.
