This discussion is becoming repetitive. We have talked already about this so-called "genocide". Read the definition of genocide somewhere. The Kremlin was guilty by murdering people, yes, but by their class affiliation rather than their nationality. It is NOT genocide because people of all nationalities have perished in this famine as well as other famines.
My proposition is very much justified logically and otherwise. There were many Ukrainians among the Gulag guards as well as the victims. The same applies to Russians, any nationality of the former USSR. In 1930-s there were many Latvians among NKVD leadership. The same NKVD was responsible for Soviet repression in Latvia in 1939-1940 and after the war.
Please do not misunderstand me. I do not say that Russians are all saints and Ukrainians are villains. Neither do I say that Ukrainians are saints and Russians are villains. All the murderers as well as all the victims have names. And while Ukrainians blame all Russians regardless of their role in these events the evil goes unpunished and can one day come again. By blaming Communist atrocities on Russians you in fact exonerate the Communism and Communist crimes and allow this evil to survive. If you do not diagnose the illness correctly you cannot cure it. If you cannot identify the evil the evil will prevail. Think about it.

Yes, you can commit mass murder, just make sure the people you murder are the same race as you.
