Read the definition of genocide somewhere. The Kremlin was guilty by murdering people, yes, but by their class affiliation rather than their nationality. It is NOT genocide because people of all nationalities have perished in this famine as well as other famines.

First of all, I personally have not committed any crimes against anybody. Next, murder and rape are both sordid crimes punishable by law. However, you do not punish a murderer for rape, and for a good reason. Arbitrary use of law does not prevent further crimes.
