Time for President Dubya to invite the democrat leadership down to Crawford for an rocky mountain oyster roast.

Well...Laura Bush DID mention something about the President's affinity for a certain power tool, as a way to solve any problem on the ranch...and that was probably why he and Rumsfeld and VPOTUS get along so well... perhaps you're on to something!

And for the record, my three month late response to "Dingy" Harry Reid and Bela Pelosi's Dumbocratic response to President Bush's 2005 SOTU is, "Democrat losses in major elections are 'much like the movie "Groundhog Day", the same old ideology FAILURE over and over again.'".

Obviously, Reid is worse than a loser. He's abusing his position. He is also proving, once and for all, that nobody can trust the Democrats to be bipartisan or willing to work with President Bush, OR the Republicans in congress.

But hey! It's their deciaion and I can only hope they continue to obstruct and make fools of themselves in front of the voting public.

I must say Reid certainly has shown that he is not supremely qualified to hold a position of Minority Leader of the Opposition Party.

Insulting the President is not going to promote any idea he may have (?). The Senate is supposed to conduct their position with civility in mind and be productive in the promotion of the Nation. So far, we haven't seen any!

I will say he is a very good candidate for losing his post!

Title note - it would be helpful if "RNC" preceded "Statement". I thought Reid was making a clarifying (or more loserly) statement on his own statement.

I think Harry Reid really believes that Bush IS a loser.

Bill Press was saying yesterday that Bush is poison to anyone who associates with him, Republicans are pulling away from him because he is a "dead duck," he's messed up on everything, like Iraq, Social Security, Terry Schiavo, the deficit, and the Democrats should win except the American people are very naive and won't listen to those countries who are older and wiser.
