That's the number I heard O'Reilly quote from a poll the other day.

Someone should advise Mr. Cannon--and some others in Washington--that under the law in American States, they do not own the Republican Party. It is not something, like the Communist Party in Bolshevik Russia, or the Nazi Party in Socialist Germany, which can purge its ranks of dissenters. Maybe Mr. Cannon should consider immigrating, himself, to some land where he could purge dissenters! If not, may we at least suggest that he bone up on American principles.

It would be a blunder if the unions are able to paint Arnold as anti-education. He is responding with vigor, but the negative ads are having an effect. That is also as likely reason that Hispanics dislike him as immigration issues.

I think Cannon should wonder whether he represents the GOP - especially the conservative base. Why do we elect these idiots like Cannon and McCain - why does the GOP constantly ignore its base?

So what does Bush mean when he tells us the guest workers will be TEMPORARY?

Besides Utah do you think Cannon with his open border position could win nationally against Tancredo? Or even in Utah for that matter in a head to head competition? In a race for a Republican nomination, I think Tancredo would do better, but in a race within Utah, Cannon would win. Being Mormon counts for a LOT in this state.

So what does Bush mean when he tells us the guest workers will be TEMPORARY? Let me extend and revise my remarks. In DC there is no such thing as temporarily leaving a leadership position in Congress, but you already knew that.

You're probably correct since they keep re-electing Cannon. Maybe in 2006 the people of his district will see the light if another conservative runs against him in the primary.

You have a point.
Dane's spelling and grammar are those of an illegal.
Or a PR shill trying to pass himself off as a "man of the people" by an elementary school level of spelling and grammar.
