Why A Jew Supports Christian America -- In America today, devout Christians are rapidly assuming the roles traditionally assigned to Jews during the long centuries of exile: scapegoats, objects of ridicule, the focal point of conspiracy theories, and the despised "other."

Here's another one for the "Christians are the Taliban" file.
Rushdie bemoans role of religion in public life - Its a pretty bad time for us who dont believe that superstition should rule the world... superstition needs to be pushed back in the cupboard where it belongs.
Notice some of our own "evolutionist" promoters of Scientocracy jump at the chance to suggest that the USA should treat those who want to control their own children's education are the equivalent of mohammedan terrorists who should be hunted down and killed.
The "evolusheviks" can't stand even the idea of religious freedom.

ADL's Foxman warns of efforts to 'Christianize America' - "Foxman identified the central cause as a sense of persecution and the perception that religion, in general, and Christianity, in particular, are under attack from the liberals in the U.S."
(Gee, I wonder what ever could have given us that idea?)

What darkens things is the Christian right. Theyre a contradiction to what the conservative ideology has always been about; theyre trying to impose their value system on everybody else and utilize the government to do so. Theyre very similar to Wahhabism is this way. -
