The Labour Party just won the majority in Parliament. But it looks like the Conservatives have gained more seats. The election's not over yet so we'll have to see who gets the rest.
The media gets it wrong over there too. Looks like the support for Blair and going to Iraq was greater than the media would report.

I wonder if anyone can explain Scotland to me. Why are the Conservatives so weak in Scotland? Are the Scottish a bunch of latte sipping socialists?
The Scottish National Party and the Liberal Democrats have a strong presence in Scotland.
OK. So the LibDems are the left side of the spectrum. Is the SNP a little more conservative?
The SNP is moderate-left.
