But Diplomatic Immutity" means you can't be forced to testify. It doesn't stop you from testifying voluntarily.
It looks to me like one or both of them are cooperating.
Even if Annan is caught in an out and out outrageous lie, what does it matter? His friends in the UN will find some excuse for him anyway. That's the problem with "world government" by irresponsible nations.
