Man gets 35 years for murdering 15-year-old lover

A Chicago man who murdered a teenage boy he was having sex with was sentenced to 35 years in prison Tuesday.
Cook County Judge Rickey Jones handed down the sentence the same day William Gaston, 34, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the death of 15-year-old Marquie Davis.
In September 2001, Gaston had been having a relationship with Davis for several months, prosecutors said.
At some point, Davis said he wanted to date other people, and the two argued about it.
Shot in face
On Sept. 24, 2001, Davis and Gaston were walking in the 3600 block of West Grenshaw when Gaston, carrying a 9mm pistol, found a secluded spot and shot Davis three times in the face, according to prosecutors.
Gaston then made his way to Garfield Park on the West Side and tossed the handgun into a pond.
At some point, authorities said, the victim's mother called Gaston and wanted to know the whereabouts of her son.
Gaston then called police and offered to help in the investigation.
But shortly after being questioned by police, Gaston allegedly admitted to killing Davis, prosecutors said.
Gaston faced as much as 60 years in prison had he gone to trial and lost.
why doesn't a grown man raping a 15 year old girl warrent the death penalty? Is that crime any less deserving of a higher punishment? Should the sex of the victim matter or should we be more concern that there was a victim at all?
Rape used to be a capital crime a couple of generations ago. It still should be.
Regarding same sex sodomy, until maybe 100 or more years ago it was often a capital crime as well. "Crime against nature" it was often called. Thomas Jefferson, being the enlightened gentleman that he was, made sure that Virginia softened the death penalty for same sex sodomy into merely castration and, I believe, confiscation of the perp's estates and possibly banishment. I have the info somewhere, could look it up.
Sex with a minor, or forcible sex, is always very, very wrong. When it involves a same sex victim, it is even more wrong.

Fifteen years ago I noticed that many elites had started to promote sex with kids as normal. Truly horrific, it's getting worse and worse. If it doesn't turn around one way or another I can't imagine the future.

Just had an experience with a couple of guys just out of prison. Truth was what they SAID not what they DID. A lot of them are just like Bill Clinton, they believe thier own lies.
Not to worry. He'll get paroled for 'good behavior' in a few years and be out to do it again.
Rape is rape. The sex of the perpetraitor and the victim should not matter in the least bit. The defendant should get the same amount of time for raping a girl or a boy. Rape is not "more wrong" when the victim is the smae sex as the perpitraitot.

The fact that the original homosexual "rights" platform included the demand that all age of consent laws be eliminated tells you something.
What is the age of concent is Ill.?
It tells you what their true agenda is, doesn't it.
When the demand for total elimination of age of consent laws didn't go over real big, they amended it to gradual reduction, bit by bit.
They want OUR children - either as fresh blood, or at least assistants and promoters of their agenda.
I wouldn't care if they stayed out of the closet, as long as they KEEP IT IN THE DANG HOUSE!!
