Ironic, really—to get out of this drug charge, I’m forced to arrange bigger drug deals than I ever intended to. This is the comment you are referring to? I wasn't sure whether this meant he was going to narc someone out of if he would need to deal more drugs to pay for the lawyer.

I assume that he's referring to a plan to narc out somebody -- after all, Mummy and Daddy can take care of the lawyer bills.
