FULLERTON – Debate over a billboard that has inflamed emotions on both sides of the immigration issue on Monday reached into Fullerton, where protesters masked part of the controversial sign there with a U.S. flag.

The billboard for KRCA/62's Spanish-language news program reads "Los Angeles, CA" - with "CA" crossed out and replaced with "Mexico."

The flag protest heightens antagonism about the long-simmering issue, which was spotlighted after Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger lauded "Minuteman" volunteers last week for patrolling the U.S.-Mexico border.

Which is why we need things like the Minuteman Project and a military presence on the border.

Also, American citizens caught harboring illegal immigrants should be prosecuted for treason.

Enough is enough and we've already had enough.

Outspoken Conservative used to be an oxymoron. Conservatives were busy working and taking care of their families while the liberals were slowly changing the U.S. into a Socialist country. Thank God people woke up in time to bring the pendulum back where it belongs. It'll take a while to get our country back, but the momentum has started. I believe there's not gong to be any stopping it now. Americans have had enough.
