When was the last time a democrat or republican operative has gone to jail for violating election laws?

I don't know about gone to jail, but in Wisconsin there is this criminal case against Democratic party operatives for vandalizing Republican get-out-the-vote vans.

Yeah and the gangsta son of the government officeholder along with his criminal associates will never see any jail time. When they did it they made a big joke about it in the local party headquarters in Milwaukee, complete with dressing up like mission impossible guys with ski masks and black outfits. Very funny all around.........Then extra funny to a prosecuter who didn't want to investigate anything because it's good fun to destroy property to the tune of $60,000 as long as the victims are conservatives.

Milwaukee, and Madison are a blight. Unfortunately, a blight which carries the rest of the state with it.
