CLOVIS, N.M. - A call about a possible weapon at a middle school prompted police to put armed officers on rooftops, close nearby streets and lock down the school. All over a giant burrito. Someone called authorities Thursday after seeing a boy carrying something long and wrapped into Marshall Junior High. The drama ended two hours later when the suspicious item was identified as a 30-inch burrito filled with steak, guacamole, lettuce, salsa and jalapeños

What came to mind was my NBC training during basic, don pro-mask and shout "Gas! Gas! Gas!" then go to MOPP4.

Around here they call them trunks as in elephant. I would thunk they would be common in NM also.
I can understand why the Police were called in. Who eats guacamole? More importantly, where does guacamole come from? Is it manmade?
Your search result points to this thread.
Spent last week in Houston, TX eating some of these weapons. Almost killed my wife the night of my return.
" More importantly, where does guacamole come from?"
The same slimy place banana daquiris come from, I'd guess.

No wonder why at the tracks I've been at, there's no burritos :-)
