Now that the launch of Arianna Huffington's new group blog is barely a week away, it seems like a good time to pose that oh so important intellectual question that has lingered, unspoken, for an entire generation: does anyone really want to know what goes on in Warren Beatty's mind? Personally, I'd have to answer in the negative.
There was, to be fair, a certain amount of pop psychology appeal to trying to deduce how or why Warren might have developed into the narcissistic ego-maniac at the center of singer Carly Simon's 1973 hit "You're So Vain".....

Please Ariana, give us all a break!
Is Warren Beatty famous or something?
Hate blog...they'll just call you names and point an evil finger at you if you don't hate Bush, support gay marriage, abortion, etc...etc...etc...
And to think someone thought this was news worthy enough to share with the world.
FWIW, Carly Simon has said that "You're So Vain" was NOT written about Warren Beatty.
Warren who?
Quite frankly, me dear, they have their blogs, we have our blogs
Warren Beatty: Star and Director of "REDS", the only Hollywierd movie to unabashedly and sympathetically tell the story of John Reed, the only American buried in the Kremlin.
Are these people still alive? If so, does anyoine outside of California even care.
I doubt it.
Beatty is better off spending his time checking for insights via his detective's wrist radio.
Paris Hilton? with our without clothing?
Actually, this is great .. just let some of their fans take a look at how vacuous their minds really are.
Perfect!!
Did she know Bill Clinton when she wrote the song? :) (Lyrics: "you're with
Some underworld spy or the wife of a close friend.")
I don't think it will require much effort from most people to comply with this request.
Didn't Arianna have her own website some years back? Whatever happened to it?
Who? Wasn't he Dick Tracy or something a long time ago?
LOL! You beat me to it, but I forgot Madonna was in that movie.
