Ask the Imam (Got marital problems? No problem. Allah has the answer. How quaint)

Question: Dear Imam, I would appreciate if you can answer this please. In a case of divorce pronounced during anger does it matter what words were used to make it valid or not valid? So if a person said in intense anger that he is giving divorce using "Allah as a witness" in his statement then will it make the pronouncement valid even though he was very angry at the time when he said these words? He was aware of what he said but was very anger and could not control himself due to his wife's bad behaviour at that moment in time. Also he had no planned intention before the incident happened. Thank you.

Answer: Talaq (divorce) is invalid if not done intentioanlly and in the time of the wife's purity. The husband should decide divorce before having intimacy with his wife after her purity. If a husband is not bound to these rules then the talaq is invalid.

Question: Dear Sheikh, I was reading one of your old fatwas on IslamOnline.net website dated Sept 5, 2002. The question was: IF a man says to his wife '1', with the meaning that his wfie get 1 divrce or says 'salaamalaikum; with the intention of divorce, does it count? In other words, what level of clarity in words is required for it to count? Your answer was: Divorce (Talaq) is not valid without pronouncement of expressions of Talaq. Talaq is not validated by mere intention without pronouncing the expression of "Talaq". Then I read another fatwa of yours on IslamOnline.net dated June 20, 2002 that says: Intention for Talaq(divorce) with ambiguous words could be valid for Talaq if the wife understands his intention or if he interprets what he meant in those words as Talaq. They call it Talaq Al-Kinayyiah. Did you change your position on the subject matter later on? I dont mean to criticize you but just needed your explanation. One fatwa says explicit words must be used for divorce and the other says implicit words can be used. Thank you.

Answer: Dear Brother, I have not changed anything of my mind or statements. Talaq could be in explicit language that is understood by everybody that the man is intending talaq, OR he could express in different indirect or figurative language, or anything that in form doesn't show the intention of talaq, but the bottom line in man's mind is talaq. A woman usually doesn't take it as a statement of talaq unless the man says to her, "When I said this-or-that, I meant talaq." For example, a man could say to his wife "Leave the house or go to your family, or you can have another alternative." These expressions are NOT explicit expressions of talaq, unless the husband says "I mean talaq" when he says any of these statements. That is called Talaq Al-Kinayyiah.

What an azz-backward culture.

The sad part is our immigration and naturalization service allows these subversive and divisive Muslim organizations to import this garbage from 'Palestine' and other cesspools to spew trash in the minds of our children.

I think you people are failing to realize the comedic possiblities here. What, for instance, would the Imam's response to a question like this be:

"Ive been married to my wife for 10 years. For the last 5 years I have been making weekly trips to a gay bathhouse where I have recently contracted HIV. DO I have a duty to tell my wife?"

Fun!

Dear Brother. Worry not. You have no obligation to tell your wife anything. For as the great Prophet (PBUH) said, "Women are but toys to be enjoyed." Allah is truly wise, generous and great.

Dear Imam: I have recently been employed in an organization that also employs filthy western infidels. Their presence makes me want to empty the contents of my stomach. How can I deal with my loathing?

Dear Friend: Your feelings of revulsion for the unclean westerners is perfectly normal. You should carefully devise a plan to exterminate them all. Perhaps you could loosen a gas line in the boiler room. Or slip poison into their coffee (it's horrible coffee anyway). If those are not practical, you could always resort to the standard method: bring an explosive device in your briefcase and detonate it so that it does the most damage. Allah will welcome you to his bosom and reassemble the pieces.

If any of the infidel pigs complains, you can go to the Human Resources whore and charge them with harrasing you. Because ours is a religion of love and peace.

Dear Imam,

I have recently had a kind of "crusade" with an acquaintance whom I will refer to as "Indiana". During this outing he performed an act of witchcraft, using water from a "magic cup" to cure his father who had recently been shot. Do I have a duty to slay this infidel?

Thanks,
Sallah

Answer:Dear Brother Sallah. Yes. You must kill the demon with the cursed cup. Also, you must kill all those who witnessed this evil magic. Kill them all. And then, you must bring the cup to me. Also the women. Spare the women and bring them to me. And the jewels. Bring them to me.

Dear Imam,

In response to your request that I "..must kill all those who witnessed this evil magic. Kill them all. " could you please elighten me as to whether I should also kill the Nazis? I was led to believe they were our allies, even if they are infidels.

Thanks,
Sallah

Do the "spiritual leaders" deem that Allah listens to battered women when they pronounce themselves divorced?

Answer:Nazis? You didn't mention Nazis. No matter dear Brother Sallah. No do not kill the Nazis. You must practice Taqiyya. There is still much work to be done and we must continue to use them and treat them as our allies for now. There are still Jews loose in the world. We will kill the Nazis later.

You have a duty to slay ALL infidels, defined as not only those who do not believe in Allah and His One Prophet, but any who think, dress, or behave differently than you, or in any way you don't like. You can always defend your sociopathy by saying that you are doing Allah's work.

Enough questions. Get busy beheading someone.
