The Bush Adminstration position of actively hunting down Mladic & Karadzic & their fellow war criminals and turning them over for trial is much easier to understand if you base your judgments on morality & law versus ethnicity & nationalism.
Deliberately killing noncombatants and massacring prisoners are crimes, even if the one pulling the trigger is a Serb and the victims are not. As odd as that notion may seem to you, its the way President Bush and his administration see it. And they are right--morally, legally, and in the pursuance of American interests.
