Deliberately killing noncombatants and massacring prisoners are crimes, even if the one pulling the trigger is a Serb and the victims are not. As odd as that notion may seem to you, its the way President Bush and his administration see it. And they are right--morally, legally, and in the pursuance of American interests.
You have no clue what happened there. The only thing you know is what the media told you. So, get off your high horse Mr. Morality.
