Just so. Think of her poor parents. This girl didn't think of anybody but herself.
Can you imagine what the grooms parents are thinking? How could you really trust her again?
I guess my question is why is there so much pressure on the bride. I've watched many a bride show their true stripes preparing for a wedding. Frankly, if I was they guy, it would be my cue to run, cause he's not marrying a gal interested in the role of mate, she's about being a "princess".
So why is that? Why do they focus so much on themselves and the perfect day? There's no perfect man, and frankly with more than 50% of marriages ending in divorce, why the big deal>?
PreWedding Stress Syndrome
A girl!!!!
She's 32 years old for cripes sake!
i read this story...then (sorry if this is offensive) i looked at her picture and made that conclusion. what a ding dong.
The fox news story said there were 14 bridemaids and grooms. Sheesh. I didn't know marriage was supposed to be a lavish production.
Why it's a big deal: Because big media and Hollywood say it is.
>>This is exactly why we don't watch cable news anymore, except for Brit Hume on Fox and at times when there is a major "real news" story breaking.
Bingo! Brit really is about the only TV news worth watching. Well, plus Cavuto. Those are the two news shows programmed on the TiVo.
"The money and resources wasted on her search could have been used somewhere else."
Thank you.
I agree...brides are a pain in the neck.
Of course not all (I wasn't, ha ha)... but I have two teenage daughters now and the DRAMA of everything is so huge... I think it only grows with all the wedding hype and creates temporary monsters in some cases.
Grossly extravagant wedding followed by unbelievable stunt ..... self absorption all the way.
Run John, run.
"Which makes me wonder, why was this ever NATIONAL as opposed to local news? There are thousands of active missing persons cases at any given moment. Real ones, with confirmed and not speculative abductions. Why can't the media spin machine focus on one of those, as long as they're busy turning the national news into a soap opera
The media needs an attractive white villain.
Remember, the daddy of the groom was the mayor of a small southern town. If ya'll know anything about that, then you will understand.
This wedding might have NOT been of her making...
After all the talk about how sensible and responsible she is ...
Why couldn't she just tell him no? If I were him, I'd be relieved that this happened before he married her.
"And all brought upon herself, by herself."
Wasn't the couple was already living as man and wife? If so, why didn't they just elope?
