Stop it!!! I'd oil and kiss my husbands feet if he even thought just TWO (2) was a reasonable carat for earrings. Hug your husband for me :~)

You summarized it pefectly ...

I expect more arguments over the topic in the upcoming days as the airwaves will be saturated with this story.

Good new, though ... Wilblankets bumped Blanket's wacko jacko daddy from the headlines.

I woke up early and just turned on the tv,,haven't seen it yet. I just cannot wait, I think she would look cute in a "bob" but doubt she will show herself prior to the beauty shop.

LOL,,I am so sick of that pedophile. I prefer Runaway Bride,,at least we get to talk china and silver rather than porn and pedophilia.

Ain't it the truth! That's why my library holds books by Emily Post, Amy Vanderbilt, and Judith Martin rather than NAMBLA journals.

I heard a short blip flipping through new channels last night that the family had sent out 600 invitations! Previously, were were commenting that 600 guests were invited and we assumed 300 invites mailed. If the newscaster had the facts correct, that was going to be one monster wedding.

We need Wedding Planner to get out of bed,,she knows all this stuff. But 600 invitations means probably 1200 people invited. I think maybe 700 would show. Oh, the thank you notes will keep her busy for a year.

I just had a thought....

I bet David Letterman's staff is contacting her to do a Top Ten List.

That could redeem her image alittle if she shows a sense of humor about the whole thing.

SHE'S GETTING PRESIDENTIAL TREATMENT NOW. The tab for The Return already exceeds the entire wedding spending for the State of Georgia for the month of April.

Yes, Into the Woods is a Steven Sondheim classic, as is A Little Night Music, Sunday in the Park with George and, of course, he was the young lyricist of West Side Story.

Steven Sondheim is the only celebrity I ever waited on line to get an autograph from. I studied Theater in college, so that may explain it!

It's not MY song...it's a song by a Tony and Pulitzer Prize winning songwriter. If YOU don't think it's funny, fine. but to make a big deal about it just makes you look silly.

I was very lucky---my mother was out and about and my father would help us with homework, put out hair in curlers, and then read us bedtime stories---

He also would sit me down next to him on the couch when he would watch football, baseball, basketball and he taught me everything he could about the games, and to this day, I probably know more about those sports, rules and such than most guys---

I am also a hugh sports fan because of it.

Sounds like you were lucky with your dad also...there is just something about dads and their daughters---I have one girl and one boy--the daughter is definitely a daddy's girl and my son always has been closer to me!!!

I heard that, as well...600 invites sent out. Someone in the news field obviously has never thrown a wedding, because 600 invites does not equal 600 guests by any measurement.

I studied Theater in college

No wonder you're such a good drama critic.

I practically memorized INTO THE WOODS when our
son played "Jack" @ San Diego Junior Theater.

I think Sondheim is an acquired taste, don't you?

Had to re-read the song you posted from COMPANY about 3 times
before realizing the LEFT HALF must be read separately
from the RIGHT HALF. Then it makes perfect sense.

Damn, I want to see the hair now and the bridesmaids dresses. I am predicting they will show cleavage. And the flowers.

Don't they know we are all waiting here. I wanta see the bride and groom out there hugging and telling us all is forgiven. Deadwood is on tonite and I need this story to be settled today.
