Yup, you have to have a Have-a-Heart trap in Massachusetts (I understand that law applies statewide) and relocate any trapped animals. My ex found a loophole; he relocated them to a well. :-)

Why not a deal between Massachusetts and Florida? Trap the coyotes and fox and send them South to feed the gators.
