Yep. You'd think the first person the President would ask about nuclear weapons would be the Secretary Of Defense followed by the Secretary Of Energy. Anyway, the portrait of a feckle President is complete nonsense. The American people are never going to elect a pacifist their Chief Executive. And the rules about torture? My response would be to cite the Roman maxim: "In bellum sunt silent leges." In other words, in time of war, the laws don't apply.
