i just was concerned with the troops shortage. that was the only possible value out of this article.

everything else in it is off course doom and gloom, provided by the MSM cheerleaders of such doom and gloom.

the sheer glee in finding only bad news is amazing year after year day after day. you can count on MSM, at least they are consistent
