Really? Where does the bible or the torah say how old a person has to be to hold office? Or what the job of Congress is?
Many of our laws are based on Judeo-Christian values, but not the US Constitution. It is a fine line between legislating those moral traditions which help society continue and legislating morals that force people to live their lives a certain way. The US also has a tradition of letting people live their lives as they see fit.
Which Constitution?
Not The United States Constitution.
Besides the 18th & 21st Amendment which are both covered there is nothing in the Bible that remotely resembles our Constitution.

Can you point me to anyone in the Bible that says anything remotely like "consent of the Governed" or Freedom of Speech?
