Due to Trudeau's bilingualism, every one above cook and bottle washer (no offense to anyone) has to be bilingual.
Understand? It's like the federal government here. 80% of the employees have French as their mother tongue.

That's his shameful legacy. It should not matter if they speak English or French (or Chinese, or Spanish, etc.), that should never be a job issue.
Canada basically has one official language: French. It is despite the fact that less than 20% of the population speaks French (and outside Quebec, more speak Chinese than French!)
Hmmm. That poses a quandry. If a primarily French army were to attack the French state of Quebec, how could either side win? They're both French! Kind of like when the unstoppable force strkes the immovable object. Heck, the universe might just cease to exist in that maelstrom...
