Based on the answers in this deposition, just looking at the sloppiness in King County alone, there is no way that the trial court can honestly avoid the conclusion that the outcome of the gubernatorial election is known. And given the provisions of Washington State law that have been previously posted on FR, that means the court should order a new election held.

Now, judges have been known to ignore both the law and the facts. So the honest result may not be the actual result. However, the tide of incompetence (corruption?) by Democrat politicians is so bad and so odoriferous that a number of Repubicans should ride that tide to victory at levels from local to federal offices.

A couple of facts to fill you in. But first yes you are correct that a just outcome should be used by Republicans to 'ride the tide' for election reform.

The details are that the Judge (Justice Bridges) in the case does not have the authority to order a new election. However, he can nullify the election causing the Governor's office to be vacated. The Lt. Governor would then act as caretaker until a new election is held this November.

The State Supreme Court is packed with dems and they may rule against the Judge Bridges should he nullify the election. The ruling could likely be based on proportional de-assignment of illegal votes determined.

That is, if votes are determined to be illegal, then depending on how the precinct broke for those illegal votes, the illegal votes would be subtracted according to the precentage that went for each candidate.

The dems argue this is not allowed. They argue it must be shown exactly which way each vote went. There's a problem with privacy in this. Also for illegal felon votes, who will trust the felons to tell the truth under oath and what if they plead the 5th? Also there are well over a thousand more vote ballots than there are voters. How to determine these ballots? They are commingled with all other valid votes. What the dems argue must be done cannot be done, it is impossible. If they win on this point then there is a virtually zero probability of ever nullifying an election even in the face of gross fraud.

So the key is to satisfy the statute by 'proportional analysis'. The state statute actually says if it 'appears' that illegal votes would change the outcome. In my mind, proportional analysis would fit the term 'appears'. The remedy would be to hold a new election. So it would be justice served in that all parties would have a chance to run the election this November with new controls in place to avoid the internal control weakness of King County.

But I fear the State Supremes will overturn Judge Bridges should he rule in favor of the Republicans. The media will put out bogus polls and slanted information as they routinely do and Pubbies will go home angry and demoralized.

After all our local news TV broadcast just interviewed people 'on the street' yesterday about the monstrous new taxes passed this last week and people are smiling and happy for new taxes because now maybe the roads will finally get fixed. You see? We're all happy here with what the dems are doing!
