... or one of the Tancredoites who has been banned before?

“Alex, I’ll take Sikh Gurus for $200 please.”

'Ah...so you weren't trying to paint Tancredo as some kind of Buchannan clone?"

In fact I did say something along those lines. I said he was Pat's puppet/protege. I was being charitable in that statement.

Pat is getting older now. He has made a lot of money and would like to slow down and enjoy enjoy it. You need to understand that Pat never wanted to be president. Running for president was a way to motivate his donors to send money. You have to admire Pat, he really knows how to punch buttons and boil blood.

You also need to understand that in addition to getting older, Pat has worn out his name as a brand, as a product to sell. His donation are falling. He doesn't have another presidential run left in him. However, he and Bay certainly have the know-how and all they need is a fresh name-fresh face-fresh blood.

Tancredo is the fresh name/face/blood.

Of course Pat's and Bay's know-how doesn't come cheap. They are not going to give that know-how to Tom, they are making him pay for it.

That is why Tancredo is the one raising the money for Team America PAC and that money goes to Pat and Bay. As the 2008 elections get closer, that money will begin to shift to Tom to enable him to run a psuedo-campaign/fundraiser the way Pat did it.

Unfortunately, Tom will never be as successful as Pat.

Bravo Sierra. This is gonna be just like your claim that Tancredo used illegal aliens to build his houses basement. Even though neither Tom, nor the contractor, knew that two of the work crew had falsified documents.

Following that template, Tom is a Pat clone/protege because their wives once went to the same hairdresser.

Unless you have some evidence you can link to to prove your claim, STFU.

Tancredo created the PAC this spring but said he has severed his ties with it and has no influence over whom the organization campaigns against.
"The PAC would have greater leeway to do what it needed to do if I was not formally associated with it," Tancredo said. "It's not my PAC, so I have no control over it."

Ok... and? This makes him a Buchannan clone how? Because Pat's Sister was appointed Chair?

"He conceived it," she added. "[But] he's not officially involved. He makes no decisions. He has no idea what I'm doing most of the time."

Let's get the whole qoute in there. Again, just like your idiot contractor claim, we find that you are blowing sh*t out of proportion again. Slander and inuendo is all you've got. This is exactly like the liberals going after DeLay because of his trip to Russia. Because someone, somewhere along the line was a private PAC, then Delay MUST be guilty. Same reasoning in your idiot assertion that because Bay is working a PAC Tancredo is no longer associated with, then Tom MUST be a Pat Clone.

Your agenda is showing. You may wanna try and do something about that... Like going back to DU and trying a different strategy.

Very odd that Tanc would be active in raising money for a PAC the he has no relation to?

He must really like Pat and Bay.

Odd that you would be on every border thread denigrating those who are trying to do something about the flood of illegals into our country in contravention to our Laws.

You must really like illegals.

There is much sense in what this fellow has to say.

I don't know anything about Tancredo aside from the fact that he and Sensenbrenner and a handfull of others are the only politicians to comment on the elephant in the living room - the illegal invasion of our Country by hordes of foreigners through the Mexican border with the open connivance of the American and Mexican governments.

I also know that what he states about the apparent ineptitude of the Republicans thus far to get an effecetive agenda going, even though they control the Presidency and both houses is equally true.

Were the situation the reverse and the Democrats the recipients of such power, America would be a far more socialist country than it is now.

As long as the Republican party is represented by people like Linicoln Chaffee, Olympia Snow, Hegel, Voinovich, McCain, Tom Kean, Chrissie Whitman and the like, the Democrats win - even when they loose.

Serious consideration should be given to either a shake up of the current Republican party, or setting the groundwork for a third party - a more effective conservative party which is not afraid to stand up for its political convictions.

It happened in the mid-1800's and it can and should happen again if the Republican leadership doesn't get its act together and better espouse the conservative views of the majority of its constituents and of the nation.

that you are against illegal immigration, despite you being on everythread denigrating those who are actually trying to do something about it.

Your actions speak a lot louder than your lying words.

Everyone is against illegal immigration and there are several different proposed solutions to the problem.

The solution that I support is different from yours. We come here to debate and promote the solution that we each support.

The problem that arises is that I give a much better argument and you are forced to malign me as if that would make your argument more compelling.

The solution that I support is different from yours.

The only thing you've done so far is to say those trying to do anything to stem the tide are anti-immigrant, racist Buchannan-ites. You've praised Bush's efforts, which to date have been to promise more border patrol agents, but then not fund them, shake Vincente's hand a lot, and call the Civilian Bordr Patrol effort "vigilantes".

All you have done so far is "malign" others. "Pot, kettle here. You're BLACK."

"Countless times have stated that I oppose illegal immigration and support immigration reform"

Except you are against every idea that comes along to reduce illegal immigration. Your only beef with Tancredo so far has been that he is providing a voice against illegal immigration.

In December, Congress authorized 2000 new agents per year for 5 years = 10,000 new agents. They did not fund them.

Last week, the Senate tacked on funding for only 650 new agents.

But, somehow, it is Bush's fault.

It's nice to know you can count on someone like Farah for a regular dose of stupidity every day.

Don't know about stupidity but based upon his statement below from the article I'd say he has a very limited grasp of how things actually work in D.C. Especially the Senate 1/2 of the Congress.

Listed below is the control over the Senate the Republicans have had since President Bush was inaugurated in Jan. 2001. Take these numbers and couple it with the Senators who don't support the President full time from the Republican Party and you'll find they basically have had only a very limited controlling majority at best.... Certainly not large enough to force things down the Democrats throats as many call for. Farah.... a joke.

107th (2001-2003) 50	50 [Jan. 3-20, 2001]

			49	50	1	[Jun 6, 2001-Nov. 12, 2002]
			50	48	2	[Nov. 12, 2002 - Jan. 3, 2003]
