Man, if Frist has this much problem with appeals court nominees, he is going to be totally out of his league when the time comes for the Supremes!!!

Maybe it's time to find a new Senate Majority Leader? hmmmmmm...

Democrats are trying to find a way to keep the filibuster in place in anticipation of using it against a Supreme Court nominee without having to roll over on the Appellate court nominees. A compromise is just playing into their hand and they will play the filibuster trump card on a Supreme Court nominee without hesitation. Get it all out in the open now...

I still say go back to the Mr. Smith Goes to Washington style of filibuster and let the Democrats show the nation what obstructionist they are. They can't complain about a return to the traditional form of filibuster. Thats what they have been saying ...
