This would require stations to “balance” their liberal and conservative talk segments or risk losing their broadcast licenses (3 hours of Rush, 3 hours of Franken).

IF the libs succeed in reinstating the UN"fairness doctrine", AM radio will revert to gardening shows, and Internet radio feeds of Rush and Hannity will skyrocket.
