Hu, Elton John, still around... this one has to be considered one of the generals, along with Jacko, in promoting the culture of perversion,.

I can't believe he still around... I thought he had died of aids... hmmm

OK, lay your bets. Whose "union" will break up first? Elton's, or Rosie's?

Well, the've outlasted a good many hollywood-type couples now-a-days.

Yea, but were they monogamous? What does it mean to be a "partner" if there is nothing to share caring for besides a couple potted plants?

The whole thing is a joke.

I don't know if they have been monogamous, but after a stretch of eleven years I think they care for more than potted plants.

They have an "arrangement". They spend most of their time apart. What kills many Hollywood marriages is the kids they produce, and the tensions that arise which these "child-like adults" are in poor position to deal with. To equate the two is a bit lopsided. Its easy to be a "partner" if all you do is share an apartment, IMO.

I have been in a childless, long-standing relationship with a women and, believe me, we share more than an apartment. Hollywood marriages tend to crumble even before kids come on the scene.

Pardon the expression, but Rosie's has had a 'head' start!

OK, lay your bets.

Deliberate choice of words, there, L. N.? :)

This isn't going to be another phoney mrriage like his last one is it? What song that Bernie Taupin wrote will he mangle to dedicate to this occasion?

Does David get the title "dame?" Sir Elton and Dame David John? A real (female) wife of Elton would get the title.

Well, from the "Too Low for Zero" album (make your own joke here) there is the song, "Kiss the Bride" and I suppose it could be made plural...

Thought you might find this interesting ping. They could play the Terrance and Philip Uncle... song while they walk down the aisle.
