A leading animal-rights group has lost its court fight to pull the California milk industry's popular "Happy Cows" television spots over accusations of false advertising. And how can one tell whether a cow is happy? By the smile on it's face! That could just be gas.

I have said this before..but in some way I am envious of these pathetic people.. I wish I had the incredible free time to engage in such a silly and incredible waste of time..improving cows lives is not something their parents were hoping for when these morons were born..my two cents..

The headline should have been: Supreme Court tells PETA "don't have a cow" over an advertisement. ...as the chief judge polished off the rest of his cheeseburger, washing it down with a tall glass of cold milk.

Those cows are probably happy because they aren't going to Mickey D's.
I thought this had to be a joke! But no of course not with PETA. My mother really likes those commercials.

"Happy Cows make Sad PETAs"

PETA has the wrong target.
They ought to go after Emeril.
That's right, the FoodNetwork chef.
Everytime he is preparing a meal he states that by peppering the meat/fish/fowl he is making it "happy".
Emeril, yeah, that's the ticket. I mean how happy can you be knowing you are about to be cooked?
