My bet is that he thought that he had paid enough to steal the election in Ohio. He was way too self assured during the afternoon of election day when the exit polling was handing it to him.

Has anyone here seen one person in congress take steps to keep voting irregularities from happening in 06 or 08 or can we look forward to more almost-stolen elections or in the case of Washington State, stolen.
