I saw where the mother has hired a lawyer.........she should be punishing the child for her misbehavior!!
******
Nawww...that would be to logical and mom wouldn't rake in a bunch of money. You should be GLAD you retired...with the way our children are becoming.
IMHO describing this child's conduct as "unruly" is a gross understatement!
Like another freeper pointed out earlier - had she been given the spanking she needed, the spanker would have been in trouble. They couldn't take her out by the ear or grabbing her arm, either. My mother did that to us alot, and we turned out OK.
What were they supposed to do?
But the statement from the kids lawyer "seared" tells me it's a scam!
She has had previous behavior problems where police were required to intervene.
No one was injured. Minimal property damage occurred. The situation appears to have been handled properly.
It wouldn't surprise me to learn that the kid was a crack baby.
You got that right.
Come on! I live in Florida and it is becoming a police state. They just tasered a 6 year old last month and who will investigate? The police will investigate the police that is like the fox investigating the hen house. A 5 year old child has temper tandems and if one is not able to deal with little children then they should not be around children. You put handcuffs on your child and you will; be in jail for 20 years as a child molester.
My tax money is being used to pay these idiots. They should be fired.
ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF PROFESSIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA!It's a shame these three moronic cops have to resort to handcuffing a five year old. Jeb Bush won't be able to run for dog catcher after his term is up. Why doesn't the school have a "time out" or "rubber room"?
I raised 3...to this day they would not think of behaving like that. All is took was a look and they knew THE LOOK.
I know people didn't cringe when they saw my kids coming. I've had a kid like that at my house, they were asked not to return and if they did take her to the nearest kennel first.
They did not return....THANK GOODNESS!!
What????? Punish the child for being a brat? Unheard of.
I do think the parents should have been called to come in right away and calm the child down but if the first thing Mom does is hire an lawyer should tell you something. That child was in control of the situation, and the courts have tied the teachers hands as far as what they can do with a child like that.
I wouldn't be a teacher in todays schools for all the tea in China.
I say spank the parents.
Ok, look, I live in FL and I have an idea as to why its (ALWAYS) Fl.
ELECTION 2000!
The media is on FLs ass big time,...since 2000,.. remember Flori"duh" CONSTANTLY being said by the liberals???
Its payback, plain and simple,.. all states have bad stuff that happens but not all states are on ABS/CBS/NBS @ CnnBS(s) s^it list, but more importantly the other states didn't elect that evil GW (as they see it)
Think I'm crazy? do a google for Fl Fires anyone remember that 98/99? then do a google fl election,..and tell me I'm crazy.
I plead with you you folks , PLEEEEZZZ ,...I watched both videos , the cop , after saying her name, reminds her ,"remember me ??" and then says that her Mom said something about handcuffs , I know this is crazy , the kid should have been in a much different school , one with a Rubber Room
I think your intemperance is part of the problem.
Grab the girl, create a bruise and you're hauled in for child abuse.
In my view, the girl should have been cuffed and then her parents should be cuffed.
"Can't we all just get along?"
What would you have done instead? The teacher for more than 30 minutes keeps telling her to stop. She continues to tear up the room and hit the teacher in spite of the warnings. The teacher several times says that she is not allowed to touch the child. So what would you do?
