Globalist, working behind the scenes, will come declaring peace, etc. This is the first time i've heard of him with his fingers pulling the strings on a multinational deal of secret intrigue. It also calls into question the reasoning behind canada's stance on the most recent gulf war.
It sure didn't make sense to many of us to turn our backs when our allies could have used our help, or at least our moral support.
