I blame the Ukranians and non-Russian ethnics - non-Russian ethnics dominated the Communist party because many ethnic communities saw it as a way to overthrow the Czar.

It would be as if the minorities in America joined up with some non-minority Americans and took over the USA-which was the Communist plot (Black Panthers, etc).
