According to the article..."Barrett's investigation was wrapped up two years ago."
So it took eight years and $21M. Time and money well spent if it leads to charges against the most corrupt administration in history. Kenneth Starr's investigation should have ended in a conviction.

Can you please outline and cite examples for your claim that Bill Clinton and his administration were "...the most corrupt administration in history." I'm just curious. I'm new around here. I read both sides. They think Clinton is a god. Y'all think he is the worst person on the face of the earth, or at least in American history. So, how come?
