How about a team of volunteers? Tax payers coming in to do work for free? (since we paid for this!)

"not to cooperate with his investigation into where disgraced Clinton appointee Henry Cisneros got the money to pay his former mistress -- payments that led to Cisneros's prosecution and resignation. Justice allegedly told the IRS not to allow Barrett to see all of Cisneros's tax returns. So, as Safire asks, "Was Justice colluding with the IRS in protecting any Clinton appointees or heavy contributors from charges of tax fraud?" "Equal justice," Safire reminds us, "demands the law to move in, not to 'move on.'"

You know that if Kerry's Col. Klink gambit fails and the Pubs strip that language out of the bill, you can read between the lines and figure out that since Cisnero is safe at Univision now, and his reputation is already (rightfully) trashed, Hillary! -- aided and abetted by her MSM friends -- will just throw him under the bus again as sufficient distraction from the final report.

"How about a team of volunteers?"

Not to continue to be a wet blanket, I would like to see this report issued too, but volunteer services are valued and would be considered an augmentation also (as would any time spent by a Federal employee providing access, coordinating volunteers, providing office space, etc.) These are not trivial issues to those involved because they can be disciplined, fired, or charged with conversion of governmental assets.

Maybe a leaked copy if it can't be traced? Or as I said earlier, a straight up defeat of the Amendment, if our representatives are worth anything.
