Sounds like Senator V. got snookered by an accusation from an anti-Bush partisan that has been quickly picked apart.

What a weak-kneed, naive, stupid, foolish, destructive move. I bet he knows it now, too.

I hate to say it, but it does make one wonder whether some of the Republicans are indeed ready to govern.

McVoinovich has joined the Maverick party. John McCain started the Maverick party years ago. It's main goal is to stab Republicans in the back at the most opportune time to gain gleeful homage from it's main constituency, the liberal US news media.

Public remarks such at that sound awfully intemperate to me. Perhaps Senator Boxer is herself in need of "anger management lessons."

Well she is definitely in need of something. A new hairdo would be a start. A brain transplant would also be desirable.

Senator Voinovich has a short fuse problem himself.

I wonder if he has been to anger management. He sure seems to have a high opinion of himself.

Senaotr Jeffords just admitted that he is suffering from memory loss and mental illness. So serious (and sad) that Washington whispers had him showing up at the wrong committee meetings and he never noticed.

This leds me to wonder how many other mentally challenged are serving this country in the Senate. Certainly Byrd and Kennedy have lost it long ago. I'm wondering if Voinivich is stable, his statements reveal otherwise.

Leaky pat Leahy was recently tapped on C-Span (later replayed on Hannity) that Bush will attack Iran for their oil because Jeb Bush has a secret deal with Big Oil to get Iran oil in exchange for the presidency. Newt, after hearing this, called Leahy crazy. Many "leaders" in the Senate worry me.

The Senate Republicans are looking very spineless, very whimpy, very girlimensch.

How disgusting.

Pity President Bush he has to be saddled with such a limp-wristed "team".

Rush mentioned an article by James Taranto which discusses Voinovich's mistreatment of his own workers. Rush was going to read it after a break, but I wasn't able to listen to it. Does anyone have a link to Taranto's article? I tried Google and did a search on FR but came up empty-handed.
