Lawmakers are debating legislation dealing with lifetime tracking of sex offenders, a measure spurred by Jessica's abduction and murder. Other legislation aimed at people who violate conditions of their probation spurred by the murder last year of Carlie Brucia, is stalled.I find it extremely troubling that legislation to deal harshly with these vile animals is being debated or stalled. There should be no question or debate!

It's Floriduh
Need I say more? I expect they will pass some law but the Floriduh Supremes will strike it down.
At the least, they need to fix the stupid law, whatever it is, that says the 3 monsters that hid this POS can't be charged.

I find it extremely troubling that legislation to deal harshly with these vile animals is being debated or stalled. There should be no question or debate!Just like the US Senate, the Florida Senate is dominated by RINOs. They wet their frilly little lace panties every time the St. Petersburg Times or the Miami Herald says something mean about them.
Plus, the majority of them absolutely despise Gov. Bush, and do everything they can to thwart and embarrass him. They figure that having these creatures roaming the streets preying at will on kids is plenty embarrassing to the governor, and it gets the media off their backs by giving them an excuse to Bush bash. So apparently the RINOs and the media are quite satisfied with things the way they are - pretty sickening when they sacrifice our kids' lives just to settle their petty little scores.

"Lawmakers are debating legislation dealing with lifetime tracking"
Oh isn't that just great! First we "register" them, now we'll "track" them. It is sooo stupid. These people can't be cured and we've proven monitoring doesn't slow them down. Only lifetime in prison or death will stop them. I wish our lawmakers would get a clue.
