It's all Bush's fault!
Good things cannot be happening in the ME.
Our MSM says so...
dang!
Kuwaits parliament approved a law yesterday allowing women to vote
How long until the women are electing men like Clinton to run their country.
Has Hillary taken credit yet?
Now if their husbands would just let them.
So the next time a liberal tries to point out that our allies are still not.....
Bravo! Another victory in the march of FREEDOM!
Easy, Sport........
"Municipal Council elections They can vote for dog catcher - nothing higher yet. It is a start I guess.
Gee, nothing comes up about it at N.O.W.'s website with their search utility.
If it were left solely up to the Emir, women would already have the franchise. The Sabahs would have made sure of that.
Instead, we have the bizarre situation of allowing radical Islamists to thwart legislative measures intended to INCREASE the dispersal of democratic rights on an egalitarian basis.
-good times, G.J.P. (Jr.)
I know that women voted for clinton in much greater numbers than did men. But men are equally responsible for our era's leftward slide and declining morality.
way to find the dark cloud around the silver lining there, poindexter.
LOL! I'm surprised about that too. You'd think it would be big news.
Afghanistan liberated from the Taliban.
Iraq liberated from Saddam and his sons.
Libyan dictator Ghaddafi unilaterally backs down on weapons research and terrorism support.
Iran's younger generations continue to push for democratic reforms. (It's only a matter of time and attrition!)
Lebanon protests their occupation by Syria.
Egypt moves towards two-party elections.
Saudi Arabia moves towards women's suffrage.
Kuwait moves towards women's suffrage and municipal candidacy.
Darn that unilateralist!
All these changes? Clinton did it during his terms and it all succeeded, despite Hitler Bush's imcompetence.
At least, that is what the history books will show, if the liberals get their way.
