Troll Threads (Vanity)
Me
Posted on 04/19/2005 5:26:07 PM PDT by Bombardier
I have a minor question: Can we keep the troll threads open a little while longer than usual? Sometimes it can be fun to hone rhetorical skills (as well as to post "Zot" pictures) on those threads. Just an idea....what do the rest of you think? Is it fun to flame trolls, or should we just be mature and only comment on that which is relevant and intelligent?

Troll-whacking is a time-honored tradition...practiced by us "4-digiters"...(Got bit by a 'gator)
It's OK. Hang with us, keep up with Word For The Day, and you'll be whackjing trolls in no time at all.

I could go for giving them a bit more time. Some may be wanting honest debate while others are good for showing off hard earn zot graphic work.

Sometimes the Baad Idea is the thing to go with.
You really ought to copy-right or trade-mark that.
Bad Idea (TM)
I don't know how to do it so it looks right..,.

I don't know the HTML for the Trademark symbol either.
*sigh*
Though it does make for a neat tagline.

Pardon me, but must one be logged in to flame a troll?
May trolls be flamed by remote control?
Is it true that one's flaming power may be at least doubled by wearing a tin foil hat?
IMHO, troll threads should have their own place on the Sidebar and, to give all FReepers adequate time for target practice, should be left up for at least four hours.

No DU participants should ever be here. We cannot coexist in the same cyberplace. Yup. They're dumber 'n' snot. I can't stand arguing with mucous.

Very "Mature" of you, sir. Now find me the one where he plays Tony Powell (in trenchcoat, natch) in "After the Fox".

Yes, but did you enjoy it the second time he came around? I'm sorry, but these freaks are just so lacking in creativity.

"I find that liberals do not live in the same assumption-space as the rest of humanity, so conversation is simply impossible."
That's certainly true. In fact, one thing they "assume" is strict equality in everything. When asked to provide a single example of this in reality, of course, they assume that the question itself is immoral and outrageous.
Liberals are full of assumptions about everything. They're a bunch of fanatics.

Spaz? No clown lingo permitted here. ;^)
I am well, old friend. I must admit, I enjoy the heck out of ignoring our common foe. When you simply never visit their site, they literally just stop existing. My friend diotima gave me that advice, and I finally took it.
Of course, they still pop up over here, but all you need to do is insist they never post to you. Admin Moderator is very keen on not having flame wars, so they will usually enforce such a request.

One method: Trademark symbol =
TMOpen superscript tag with < sup > (but no spaces), then type TM, then close tag < / sup> (again, with no spaces)
