I rather doubt that the nun was told to stop ministering to anyone. She was probably instructed to stop making stupid comments about the positives in homosezual "marriage" or the beauty of same sex relationships.

I agree. Every once in a while we ALL need "ministering". (God knows that I do {every once in a long, long, long while}).
