I don't recall Biden having any qualms about Clinton's ADMITTED lying and PROVEN sexual harassment.
Bolton is no lifetime appointment or anything. In reality, he will only be UN Ambassador for the next three-and-a-half years and that's it. Then he's gone. So why wouldn't Dubya simply bide his time and then make a recess appointment? Problem solved.
