Senator Lugar is not in control of this committee, he walked from the Ag Com to take a job which he is not qualified to do.
I blame Lugar for this sad, horrid piece of committee-chairmanship. He should step down immediately, he is unfit to lead!
Freakin UNBELIEVABLE! He ends with "we'll just have to trust each other?" He and other members were played like a fiddle. Biden will have his transcript in hand when they meet again so that he has loopholes to carry on some more. Lugar is just plain stupid.
