Soudn to me like the Dems figure since Frist is gonna go nuclear..they should start screwing up the place now...

Time: 2:15 PM
Place: S-116 The Capitol

To be US Representative to the United Nations with
Rank of Ambassador and US Representative to the
United Nations Security Council and to be US
Representative to Sessions of the United Nations
General Assembly during his tenure of service as
US Rep to the United Nations
I tentatively believe that "Play Ball" Frist, even, has had enough of the Dems and thinks the time is right to blast 'em. I don't care much for Frist but I think even he is fed up.
As usual, requesting play-by-play for the cubicle bound...
Tell it....
We might as well just neutralize the Dems now, they aren't interested in cooperation, off with the gloves is what I say. Let's clear Bolton and start in on the judges tomorrow.
Thanks for starting this thread. I'd love to see a new Pope AND a new ambassador to the UN today.
And now, to complete the day, Bolton to the UN!
Ah, life is good!
Wait! I need to log in first!
I don't like Bolton.
So, for the benefit of Dem lurkers I give this advice to rouse up the people to your side:
Stick with your strategy exposing the fact that Bolton had arguments. Emphasize that Bolton is contrary and will not appreciate our "allies" in the UN enough. Specifically mention France and Germany. Mention France a lot, and that our ally France disapproves of Bolton. Don't be shy.
I don't want to sound dumb, but what is happening and why is it good news? Does this mean the Senate will vote on Bolton today?
Bolton was mean to me when we were 6....his temperament is not the one for the UN
Is that Kerry whining?
It is now clear that the vote will be 10-8 in favor of John Bolton, and all we will here now is crocodile tears from "you folks" as the esteemed Senator Kerry just accused. This is a winner for the Republicans, and it will happen before the scheduled time of 5 p.m.
Pop a cold beer, cook some popcorn, and enjoy the fun.
