I'm sick to my stomachThat's two of us. Lugar is just as weak as he sounds. I hope he knows how badly he got rolled and that there is no comity with the dems.

"Lugar should have called the vote 2 hours ago. He got ROLLED."
Just like he did last week when he gave Kerry the extension.
To: Peach
If we vote, we lose. Voinovich simply RAPED us.

I just got in and logged on. Dodd? What in h*ll is going on?

The so-called Constitutional Option is dead now. This last-minute sabotage by Voinovich et al is highly unusual. I don't think it has anything to do with Bolton. The UN Ambassadorship just isn't important enough to pull this kind of stunt and embarass the Party. I think this is a shot across the bow of Frist and the "nucular" option.
To: Howlin
I've had enough. I'm turning on the ball game.
I'm not prepared to turn my back on the party yet, but damn these RINOs need to go. President Bush needs senators he can depend on!

Look, Lugar was great today, and he deserves credit for that. No way did he know that the RINOs would cave after assuring him he had their votes.
We cant blame Lugar today.
