Agreed on the speed - even in the face of the prosecution's failure to fully comply with defense's/ judge's discovery motions.
Remember, there are at least 12 video tapes that still have not been seen after having been confiscated by the DOJ/FBI - in spite of FOIA demands (not by the defense or the public).

No big surprise there. I've been out of town so I've missed a lot, but I didn't miss the connection when it happened.
One gets tired of hollering "fire" when the folks in the theatre on fire just keep on sitting there.
If they don't care about their own safety then why should I?
