Agreed on the speed - even in the face of the prosecution's failure to fully comply with defense's/ judge's discovery motions.
Remember, there are at least 12 video tapes that still have not been seen after having been confiscated by the DOJ/FBI - in spite of FOIA demands (not by the defense or the public).
