I know a number of conservative young people who are turned off by Ann's edge. I'm not but I just mention it.

I don't mind edge - for some reason I find her edge phony/manufactured. Can't explain why think so but I do. She advocated converting the Middle East to Christianity - sure I would love that, but it is not going to happen until Jesus returns. Ann is not stupid - she knows this won't happen so my conclusion was she said that to get a shock value and controversy and get her name in papers.

I have heard that too. They think she is way over the top... which, of course she is if you are used to listening to the MSM pablum... they will learn, oh yes.
